摘要	A high performance time-code generator developed to service the Internet time service system of NTSC is presented. Device hardware design and controlling software block diagram are also described in this paper. Adopting software anti-jamming technology, this instrument is based on AT89C51 to achieve the synchronization of the clock of time service system with UTC. The instrument is characterized small size, light weight and high antijamming etc.
